Thank you for sponsoring students and participating in the Heart of Texas Regional History Fair. Sponsors must register first before students can register. Each student must register individually, including students in group projects.
If students are in a group project, once a member of the group has registered, please ensure the remaining students select the "Link/Join Existing Team Project." Remaining students will need the Team Key provided to the first team member to register.
As a part of the registration process, all students are required to include a project description. The project descriptions will be used to help special award judges determine which projects qualify for specific special awards. To ensure projects are considered for the widest array of special awards, please ensure that students write a short, but descriptive summary of their project.
Payments and Invoices
Fees are $6.00 per student and can be paid with credit card, check, or cash. Payment for all students is due by February 13, 2020. Please visit the Fees and Payment page for more information or to make a payment.
Invoices can be generated using the online registration system.
- Click Store
- Click Students tab
- Check students that will appear on the invoice
- Add Selected Fees to cart
- Click Checkout & Pay
- Click Generate Invoice; click yes to the following prompt
- Print/View to access your invoice
Invoices will also be emailed to teachers after registration is completed, if payment has not been received. If you have any questions or issues, please contact the HOTRHF office.
Refunds will be issued prior to the registration deadline. After registration is completed, refunds can no longer be issued. Contact the HOTRHF office if a refund is required.
