The Heart of Texas Regional History Fair began in 1986 under the original sponsorship of the Strecker Museum at Baylor University. Always growing and reaching more schools, we now anticipate over 350 students to compete annually in our regional fair.
The Texas Collection currently sponsors the fair, which is held at the Bill Daniel Student Center at Baylor University each February. Numerous awards, prizes, and gifts are given by HOTRHF to award excellence. Please visit our Special Awards page for more information on Special Award criteria.
The 2024 Heart of Texas Regional History Fair will take place on February 16th at Baylor University.
